- Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline.

- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.

- For online payments, transactions are processed via direct bank wire, FonePay, eSewa, Khalti, etc.; Laniz Hub does not store your payment card details.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or unauthorized activity.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out across Nepal, subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including the 3-day return window from date of delivery.
