Thank you for shopping with Laniz Hub. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders across Nepal.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Nepal, including Kathmandu Valley and outside valley locations.

2. Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

- Orders placed on public holidays or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

- Inside Kathmandu Valley: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

- Outside Kathmandu Valley: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on the location and courier partner serving that area.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festival seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Charges

- Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order/delivery updates via phone call / SMS / WhatsApp. You can also reach out to us directly to check your order status.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payment

- We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.

- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery where possible.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner or team will attempt to contact you to reschedule.

- Repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address may result in order cancellation, and re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Incorrect Address / Contact Information

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering. Laniz Hub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery or contact us immediately at [email protected] /+977 9808184182 / WhatsApp with photos of the damage.
