Refund & Return Policy

At Laniz Hub, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except in cases covered under manufacturer warranty (see Section 6).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

- In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless found defective on arrival:

- Earphones/earbuds and other items that come in direct contact with the body, once opened, due to hygiene reasons.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/discount promotions.

- Seal opened items.

4. How to Request a Return

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

3. If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to send the item back, depending on your location.

5. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer/eSewa/other for COD orders.

- Delivery charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

- In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may carry a manufacturer's warranty separate from this policy. For warranty claims after the 3-day return window, please contact us and we will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process where applicable.

8. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or model instead of a refund, let us know when requesting your return — we're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
